Site Engineer - SHE
Responsibilities
:
- Implement and monitor the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)



requirements at site, ensuring compliance with project safety plan and statutory regulations.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections, identify unsafe conditions and practices, and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions by contractors.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), safety devices, barricading, and safety signboards for workforce and public safety.
- Monitor high-risk activities such as work at height, lifting operations, electrical works, and confined space entry, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and safety awareness programs for workers and staff.
- Report and investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety requirements, labour safety rules, and client HSE standards.
