Key Responsibilities
- Ticket & Helpdesk Management: Act as the primary point of contact for resident queries and service requests. Coordinate effectively with on-ground maintenance and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of daily tasks. Handle move-ins and move-outs.
- Resident Liaison:



Serve as a seamless bridge between the residents and the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) to ensure explicit communication and smooth operations.
- Administrative Support: Generate operational and daily status reports as requested by the management team.
- Ad-hoc Operations: Assist the Senior In-charge with various community management and operational tasks that naturally arise in a large-scale residential ecosystem.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
