Role Description
The Freelance / Contract Position – Microsoft 365 Content Migration Solution Architect (8+ Years) is a full-time role based in Bengaluru with a hybrid work model, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home. The role involves designing end-to-end content migration strategies within Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and related services.
The Solution Architect will lead discovery and assessment of existing content repositories, define information architecture, and plan migration waves, tools, and governance. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to capture requirements, creating detailed solution designs, overseeing migration execution, managing risks and issues, and optimizing performance and user experience post-migration. The position also requires documenting best practices, guiding technical teams, ensuring compliance and security standards, and providing ongoing technical leadership throughout the engagement.
