Job Description – Bench Sales Recruiter (US IT Staffing)

Jobilly AI Info Tech and IT Services Private Limited is hiring Bench Sales Recruiters to join our growing US IT Staffing team. We are looking for energetic professionals who are passionate about sales, client relationship management, and placing IT consultants with leading implementation partners and direct clients across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
- Market and place bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, EAD) with implementation partners, vendors, and direct clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners, vendors, and clients.
- Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Negotiate billing rates, contract terms, and placement conditions.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the complete placement process.
- Maintain regular communication with consultants regarding project opportunities and interview schedules.
- Track consultant availability, submissions, interviews, offers, and placements.




- Update and maintain consultant information in CRM/ATS systems.
- Achieve weekly and monthly submission, interview, and placement targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, client requirements, and visa regulations related to US IT staffing.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Good understanding of the US IT Staffing and Bench Sales process.
- Experience working with job portals, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and implementation partners is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven workplace.
- Basic knowledge of US work visas (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, USC).

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome (training provided).
- Experienced Bench Sales Recruiters are preferred.
