Responsibilities Of The Candidate
- Junior Analyst will be a part of the operations team in the US mortgage domain. This role requires an analytical approach to go beyond operational deliverables in order to provide quick and accurate solutions to the clients on a daily basis.
- As a Junior Analyst, you would work on critical functions in the US Mortgage Banking Industry for our Clients. The training and expertise you gain here at XL Dynamics can be compared to none and you would grow to be an expert in the Fixed Income Segment of the US Wall Street.
Requirements
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must be self - managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer support.
- Commitment to deliver quality results and overcome obstacles in minimum stipulated time.
- Robust customer service focus, with a drive to exceed the expectations of our clients.
- Sense of urgency and ability to manage and prioritize multiple work requirements to meet deadlines.
- Ability to exercise judgment within procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of intellectual curiosity.
