This is a paid internship offering hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment and HR operations in a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with job postings, employer branding, and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and other day-to-day HR activities.
- Build and maintain positive candidate relationships throughout the hiring process.

Requirements




- MBA in Human Resources (completed).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic startup ecosystem with a flexible and quick-paced work environment.
