ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Facility Manager to oversee the upkeep, safety, and smooth day-to-day operations of our residential and hospitality assets in Shimla. This role is central to protecting asset value, ensuring resident/guest satisfaction, and maintaining the premium standard our brand is built on.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations:

Oversee daily operations — housekeeping, security, horticulture, plumbing, electrical, and civil maintenance — across the property.

Preventive maintenance:





Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all building systems (lifts, DG sets, water supply, fire safety, HVAC, etc.).

Vendor management:

Manage vendor relationships — AMCs, service contracts, procurement, and negotiations for facility-related services.

Team supervision:

Supervise on-ground facility staff and outsourced manpower; ensure discipline, attendance, and performance standards.

Compliance & budgets:

Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and statutory regulations applicable to residential/hospitality properties; maintain facility budgets and identify cost-optimisation opportunities without compromising quality.

Service & reporting:

Handle resident/guest complaints with prompt resolution; conduct regular inspections, maintain documentation for management review, and coordinate with sales, hospitality, and admin teams for a seamless customer experience.
