We're seeking an AI-Native Software Engineer who uses AI as a true engineering partner—not just a coding assistant. You'll architect intelligent systems, build production-grade RAG pipelines, develop multi-agent workflows, and review AI-generated code with a robust focus on quality, security, and scalability.

✅ Python & Backend Development
✅ LangGraph / LangChain / AutoGen




✅ RAG Architecture & Vector Databases
✅ Prompt & Context Engineering
✅ AI Agent Orchestration
✅ REST APIs & Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
✅ CI/CD, Testing & Code Review
✅ Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Aider, or similar AI-native development tools

Preferred Experience

✔ SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or Concur integrations
✔ MLOps / Fine-tuning / Model Evaluation
✔ OKTA / Azure AD Authentication
