Role Description
The Sponsorship Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving sponsorship revenue and long-term partner relationships for Why Summits’ global conferences and events. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospective sponsors, leading outreach and sales conversations, preparing proposals,



and negotiating sponsorship packages aligned with event objectives. The Sponsorship Manager collaborates closely with marketing and event teams to design compelling sponsorship offerings, ensure seamless sponsorship activation, and deliver agreed benefits before, during, and after events. Day-to-day tasks include managing sponsor pipelines, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating logistics with event management, and providing timely updates to internal stakeholders. This position requires regular interaction with senior decision-makers, clear communication of value propositions, and continuous market research to uncover new partnership opportunities.

Qualifications
