Role Description
The Housekeeping Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram, responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and orderly residential spaces and common areas. Day-to-day tasks include performing room and common area cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and waste disposal in line with company standards. The role involves managing laundry services, including collection, washing, drying, ironing, and organized storage or return of items. The Housekeeping Specialist will interact with residents and internal teams to understand service needs, respond to housekeeping requests, and ensure a positive, respectful experience. The role also includes following hygiene and safety protocols, reporting maintenance issues, replenishing supplies,



and supporting training and continuous improvement in housekeeping practices.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong housekeeping skills, including cleaning, organization, and attention to detail in residential or hospitality environments.
- Candidates should possess laundry-related skills, including handling, washing, drying, ironing, and proper care of different fabrics and materials.
- Candidates should possess customer service and communication skills to interact courteously with residents, understand their needs, and provide timely, clear responses.
- Candidates should possess training and team collaboration skills to follow procedures, support onboarding of new team members, and contribute to consistent service standards.
- Relevant experience in housekeeping, facilities management, or hospitality services is beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Gurugram, follow safety and hygiene protocols, and manage physical tasks throughout the shif
