Role Purpose

Wisdom Fragrances is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can lead the brand's day-to-day marketing engine across social media, content, creative execution, influencer marketing, collaborations, events, and brand consistency.

This person will manage the social media and creative team, ensure content is planned and posted consistently across platforms, guide creative direction, maintain brand-book discipline, and create marketing strategies that increase engagement, saves, shares, visibility, and brand desirability.

Key Responsibilities




Team & Execution Management

Manage the social media and creative team, including graphic designers, content creators, and external collaborators where needed.

Ensure weekly and monthly content calendars are planned, approved, created, and posted on time.

Review creatives, captions, reels, stories, blogs, and campaign assets before publishing.

Keep the team aligned on deadlines, priorities, campaign goals, and brand standards.

Content Strategy & Social Media

Create and guide content strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, blogs, and other relevant platforms.

Ensure content is consistent, premium, engaging, and aligned with the brand's positioning.

Focus on content that improves engagement, saves, shares, reach, and audience connection.

Identify content pillars, campaign themes, storytelling angles, and seasonal opportunities.
