Head of Sales and Marketing

The Role

As Head of Sales and Marketing you own the revenue engine of Empowrd AI, end-to-end. Marketing creates the demand, sales converts it, and account management carries the value through to the client. You own all three. You set the strategy, build the system that takes a client from first touch to signed,



delivered, and retained, lead the team across marketing, sales, and account management, and carry the number.

You report to Co Founder & CEO. This is an execution role with real strategic weight. You are expected to develop the sales and marketing strategy, bring it to the CEO, sharpen it with their input, and then own its execution in full. The founders set direction and read what is moving the needle; you own how it gets built and delivered.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with a significant and growing team beneath it. You build and run the system, not simply direct it, and you lead the people who deliver it. The ownership is real, the bar is high, and there is very little hand-holding.

You also own the account management function and the client relationship after the sale. You are not the person executing delivery, but you are accountable for it landing: making sure that what
