Role Overview
The QC Engineer will be responsible for executing quality checks across incoming materials, in-process products, and final assemblies. The role requires a strong eye for detail, use of quality instruments, and documentation of quality data for all robot units.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Incoming Quality Inspection (IQC)
○ Check incoming parts against specifications and maintain IQC logs
○ Flag and report any deviations to vendors and procurement
2.
In-Process Quality Checks (IPQC)
○ Conduct visual and functional testing during assembly
○ Collaborate with production to reduce errors and improve processes
3.
Final Quality Check (FQC)
○ Perform complete functional and cosmetic checks before dispatch
○ Ensure QC reports and customer checklists are filled accurately
4.
Compliance & Documentation
○ Maintain inspection records, defect registers, and CAPA reports
○ Support ISO documentation and audit requirements
Key Requirements
✅ Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Instrumentation
✅ 2–4 years in quality testing or QC
✅ Experience with QC tools like calipers, multimeters, and jigs
✅ Attention to detail and process documentation
