Role Description
This is a part-time, fully remote Freelance Business Development Executive role based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the AEC and BIM services space, including researching potential markets,



building prospect lists, and generating qualified leads. The executive will conduct outreach via calls, emails, social platforms, and in-person meetings, present Octave BIM Solutions’ service offerings, and support the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to proposal and closure. Day-to-day responsibilities include nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients, coordinating with internal BIM and consulting teams to prepare proposals and estimates, and maintaining accurate records of activities in CRM tools. The role also requires tracking market trends, attending relevant industry events when needed, and providing regular performance and pipeline reports to leadership.
