Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Psychiatrist at The Mind Project. The Psychiatrist will provide online psychiatric evaluations, diagnose and manage mental health conditions,



and prescribe appropriate treatments in alignment with local regulations. Daily responsibilities include conducting video or audio consultations, collaborating with psychologists, therapists, and Care Navigators, and updating treatment plans based on clinical outcomes and user feedback. The role involves working with a diverse user base, including adolescents and adults, documenting clinical notes in the platform, and contributing to integrated care pathways that combine medication management with therapy and self-care tools. The Psychiatrist will also participate in case discussions, ensure ethical and evidence-based practice, and help improve clinical protocols for digital mental health care.
