Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Gem Tender Specialist based in Kolkata. The Gem Tender Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tender process on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal,



including tender search, evaluation of eligibility criteria, bid preparation, and timely submission. The role involves coordinating with internal departments to gather technical, commercial, and pricing information, ensuring compliance with tender specifications and company policies. The specialist will regularly monitor tender notifications, track deadlines, maintain documentation, and update management on tender status and outcomes. Daily tasks also include preparing proposals, managing pre-bid queries, supporting negotiations, and contributing to process improvements in tender and procurement activities.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Tender Management and Procurement skills, including experience with online government portals such as GeM.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret tender documents, eligibility conditions, and commercial terms.
