As we scale our Pet & Hygiene Care product line across India, we are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to run day-to-day warehouse operations and outbound logistics from our Hyderabad facility.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for end-to-end warehouse operations, inbound receiving, storage, inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, and outbound dispatch for our Hyderabad facility of approximately 10,000 sq. ft. This is a founding-team operations role reporting directly to the Co-Founder, with full ownership of warehouse processes, manpower,



and distribution timelines as the company scales across General Trade, Modern Trade, and Alternative Trade channels.

Key Responsibilities

•
Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, put-away, storage, order picking/packing, and outbound dispatch.

Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and periodic physical stock audits; minimize shrinkage and stock discrepancies.

•
Own and operate the WMS/ERP system (e.g., SAP, Tally, or equivalent) for stock tracking, goods receipt notes, and dispatch documentation.

•
Plan and coordinate fleet and dispatch schedules to ensure on-time delivery to distributors, contemporary trade, and e-commerce partners.

•
Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff (loaders, pickers, dispatch executives); plan manpower and shift schedules against volume.
