We are looking for a reliable, organized skilled to manage our transport operations and support day-to-day school administration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily bus route operations, driver/conductor scheduling, and punctuality
- Monitor GPS-tracked bus routes and coordinate with parents on transport queries via WhatsApp/phone
- Maintain transport records: routes, student allocation, fee status coordination with accounts
- Ensure bus staff comply with safety SOPs (driver conduct, student pickup/drop protocols, emergency procedures)
- Handle vehicle maintenance schedules, fitness certificates, insurance, and permits renewal
- Support general school administration: attendance registers, correspondence, vendor coordination, front-office backup
- Liaise between Principal's office, transport staff, and parents to resolve day-to-day issues
- Maintain a bus staff contact directory and escalation protocol for emergencies

Requirements:




- Graduate (any stream); prior experience in school administration or transport/fleet management preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable with WhatsApp-based coordination
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business)
- Ability to work on-site at the Varanasi–Azamgarh Highway campus
- Local candidates from Varanasi/Azamgarh region preferred
- Patient, responsible, and good with parents and staff alike

Preferred:
- Experience with GPS tracking systems or school ERP/transport software
- Prior work in a CBSE school environment

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
