Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets through direct sales, lead generation, and client meetings.
- Manage field sales activities, including planning, execution, and reporting on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Build solid relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to expand existing accounts.
Job Requirements :
- 0-14 years of experience in direct sales or related field (e.g., insurance industry).
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Proven track record of achieving target achievement through direct sales efforts.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
