Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Gurugram. The Accountant will handle daily bookkeeping activities, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling bank and account statements. The role involves preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets, and supporting month-end and year-end closing. The Accountant will manage accounts payable and receivable, assist with payroll-related entries,



and support audits and compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to provide financial data, improve reporting processes, and support decision-making.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong foundational accounting skills, including general ledger management, journal entries, and account reconciliation.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting and analysis, such as preparing balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and budget monitoring.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with tax and regulatory compliance, including basic knowledge of local tax laws, statutory filings, and audit support.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas, spreadsheets, and financial tracking tools.
