Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Business Developer – International Exports (Pharma Products). The role involves identifying and developing new international markets for pharmaceutical tablets, capsules, and ointments, and expanding business with existing overseas clients. Responsibilities include managing export inquiries, preparing commercial proposals, negotiating terms, and coordinating with internal teams on pricing,



production, documentation, and logistics. The Business Developer will track market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements in target countries, and participate in trade shows, business meetings, and online outreach to build and maintain solid global customer relationships. The role also includes regular reporting on sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and key business development metrics.

Qualifications
- Business development and sales skills in international markets, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
- Knowledge of export procedures, international trade regulations, and pharma-specific documentation (e.g., export licenses, quality certificates, regulatory filings).
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
