Role Description
This full-time on-site role in Bengaluru combines responsibilities of ownership and writing, allowing the team member to manage both creative output and operational aspects of the content function. Day-to-day tasks include planning and producing original written content, developing and refining the brand voice, and ensuring that all materials align with organizational goals and audience needs. The role involves reviewing and editing content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency, coordinating with any internal or external stakeholders, and maintaining content schedules and workflows. The individual may also oversee basic business operations related to content projects, such as prioritizing assignments, managing timelines, and contributing to strategic decisions that support growth and sustainability.

Qualifications
- Strong writing and editing abilities, with the capacity to produce transparent, engaging, and well-structured content for diverse audiences.
- Experience developing content plans or editorial calendars,



with an understanding of how to align content with organizational objectives.
- Ability to review, proofread, and refine written materials to ensure quality, coherence, and consistency in tone and style.
- Comfort with basic business and project management tasks, including prioritizing work, meeting deadlines, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an on-site team environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to take ownership of both creative and operational responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (such as English, Journalism, Communications, Business, or related disciplines) or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in content creation, publishing, or running a small business or project is an advantage but not mandatory.
