Role Description
The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Santaan’s clinical and administrative facilities in Bangalore Urban. This full-time, on-site role includes managing building utilities,



ensuring optimal functioning of medical and laboratory infrastructure, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance, and supervising vendors and facility service providers. The Facilities Manager monitors safety, security, and regulatory compliance across all areas, including waste management, environmental controls, and emergency preparedness. The role involves planning space utilization, supporting equipment installations, managing facility-related budgets, and maintaining documentation for audits and accreditation. Collaboration with clinical, operations, and administration teams is essential to ensure a safe, efficient, and patient-centric environment.
