Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Service Sales Associate to drive sales of service contracts, spare parts, and accessories for medical equipment. The role involves extensive field visits across Mumbai, building solid customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Sell Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts (CMC) for medical equipment.
- Promote and sell spare parts and accessories for Ultrasound and Patient Care Solutions.
- Visit hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare customers across Mumbai.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business.
- Meet doctors and healthcare professionals to generate new business opportunities.
- Follow up on quotations, orders, and payment collections.
- Develop and manage dealer relationships to achieve sales objectives.




- Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and MIS using MS Excel.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal service and operations teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements
- 23+ years of experience in Healthcare, Medical Device, or Service Sales.
- B.E./B.Tech (Biomedical) preferred; Science Graduates or BBA/MBA candidates may also apply.
- Prior experience interacting with doctors, hospitals, or healthcare customers is preferred.
- Fluency in Marathi is mandatory; Hindi and basic English communication skills are required.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Familiarity with the Mumbai market and willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, relationship management, and follow-up skills.
