Counseling & Operations Executive
who will play a key role in supporting prospective students through their admission journey while ensuring smooth operational support within the institute.This is a student-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and a passion for education in the creative arts.
What You Will Do
- Engage with prospective students and their parents to provide detailed information about the institute, its programs,and our creative learning environment.
- Guide applicants through the entire admission process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Highlight the unique advantages of our curriculum, faculty, and campus culture.
- Follow up with leads, maintain admission records, and support outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on open houses, events,and school tours.
What You Bring
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (a must).
- Prior experience in counseling, admissions, or customer service is a plus.
- Interest or background in creative fields like design, arts, or media is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer and MS Office.
