Role Description
The Assistant Sales Manager role is a full-time hybrid position based in Ballia,



with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. This role involves supporting sales planning and execution, assisting in achieving regional sales targets, and managing the sales pipeline. The Assistant Sales Manager will engage with distributors, channel partners, and end customers to build strong relationships, conduct product presentations, and gather market feedback. Day-to-day responsibilities include tracking leads, preparing sales reports, coordinating with internal teams for pricing and deliveries, and ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries.
