Role Description
The IELTS Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The trainer will conduct classroom sessions focused on IELTS exam preparation, covering listening, reading, writing, and speaking modules. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing lesson plans, delivering interactive lessons, evaluating student performance through mock tests, and providing individualized feedback to improve scores. The role also involves maintaining accurate student progress records, using a variety of teaching aids and materials,



and coordinating with the academic team to refine curriculum and teaching strategies. The trainer is expected to support learners with exam strategies, time management skills, and confidence-building activities.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills for classroom and one-on-one instruction.
- Candidates should possess Lesson Planning skills to design structured, outcome-focused IELTS preparation sessions.
- Candidates should possess IELTS-specific knowledge and Teaching English as a Foreign Language skills to guide learners effectively through the exam format.
- Candidates should possess clear communication, student mentoring, and assessment skills to support diverse learner needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field preferred.
