Role Description
The Sales Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Lucknow Area. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify prospective learners and corporate partners, conduct outreach through calls, emails, and meetings, and present Career Forge’s programs and services to potential clients. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, following up on inquiries, scheduling and conducting consultations or demos, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking systems.



The role also involves collaborating with the academic and placement teams to align offerings with client needs, participating in local marketing or promotional events, and meeting or exceeding defined enrollment and revenue targets.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in lead generation, consultative selling, and closing deals in an education, training, or services environment.
- Experience in client relationship management, including handling inquiries, conducting presentations, and providing post-enrollment support.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain programs clearly and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms for tracking prospects and managing follow-ups.
- Proven ability to work toward sales targets, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
