Key Responsibilities-
- Manage product registrations, licenses, renewals, and regulatory submissions.
- Ensure compliance with CDSCO, BIS, Legal Metrology, Drugs & Cosmetics Rules, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Review product formulations, labels, packaging artwork, product claims, and promotional materials from a regulatory perspective.
- Collaborate with R&D;, Quality, Marketing, Supply Chain, manufacturing partners, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle.




- Maintain regulatory documentation and monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations.
- Support regulatory audits, inspections, import clearances, and responses to regulatory queries.

Key Skills Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably within the cosmetics or personal care industry.
- Robust understanding of Indian cosmetic regulations, product registration, labeling requirements, and import compliance.
- Excellent communication, documentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
