CRM Frontend and Possession - Manager/ Senior Manager.

Experience:
8-10 years

Core responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management

 Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-booking until possession.

 Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations effectively.

 Build robust customer relationships through proactive communication and engagement.

Collections & Documentation

 Manage collections as per payment schedules and ensure timely follow- ups.

 Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Legal, and Sales teams for payment

reconciliation and documentation.

 Facilitate allotment, agreement execution, home loan coordination, registration, and transfer processes.

Possession & Handover Management

 Coordinate apartment readiness with Projects and Quality teams.

 Manage customer snagging inspections and ensure timely de-snagging closure.

 Plan and execute possession schedules and apartment handovers.

 Conduct unit walkthroughs and complete possession documentation.





 Organize possession ceremonies and customer engagement events.

Post-Possession Support & Reporting

 Support customers during registration and move-in processes.

 Coordinate resolution of post-possession issues with relevant teams.

 Maintain CRM records, MIS reports, and customer interaction documentation.

 Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines effectively.

Qualifications needed

 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

 8-12 years of relevant experience.

Skill set required

 Strong customer relationship and communication skills.

 Experience in real estate CRM, collections, possession, and handover processes.

 Knowledge of snagging/de-snagging, registration, and possession activities.

 Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
