About the Role

Raheja Universal is seeking a seasoned General Manager Interiors to lead the interior design, planning, execution, and delivery of luxury residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. The role will be responsible for driving design excellence, ensuring quality execution, managing stakeholders, and delivering projects within approved timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Interiors function across multiple projects from concept to handover.
- Develop and implement interior design strategies aligned with project vision and brand standards.
- Review and approve interior design concepts, material selections, mock-ups, and specifications.
- Coordinate closely with Architecture, MEP, Procurement, Contracts, Projects, and Sales teams.
- Manage design consultants, interior contractors, vendors, and specialist agencies.
- Ensure adherence to project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Oversee procurement and value engineering initiatives to optimize cost without compromising quality.
- Monitor site execution, resolve technical challenges,



and ensure timely completion of interior works.
- Drive adherence to safety, statutory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior management.
- Establish quality benchmarks and ensure superior customer experience through high-quality finishes.
- Mentor and lead the interiors team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related discipline.
- 18–25 years of experience in Interior Design and Project Execution.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing large-scale interior fit-out projects.
- Strong exposure to luxury residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use developments.
- Proven experience in managing consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
