Job Description: As a Housekeeping Executive at Antalya Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will lead the housekeeping team, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are impeccably maintained, reflecting our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Assign tasks and rooms to Room Attendants, ensuring timely and thorough cleaning.




- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness meets hotel standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and address any concerns related to housekeeping services.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Train new housekeeping staff on hotel policies, cleaning procedures, and customer service standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including room status and maintenance needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies throughout the hotel.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
