Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Real Estate Salesperson role based in Mumbai. The Real Estate Salesperson will identify and secure suitable commercial properties for Keventers outlets, kiosks, and related operations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and evaluating real estate opportunities, conducting site visits, negotiating lease and sale terms, and maintaining relationships with property owners, brokers, and developers.



The role involves preparing proposals and documentation, coordinating with internal teams on location strategy, and monitoring market trends to support expansion plans. The Real Estate Salesperson will also provide regular reports on pipeline status, stay current with local regulations, and represent Keventers professionally in all property-related interactions.

Qualifications
- Strong real estate expertise, including knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property in commercial markets.
- Valid Real Estate License and practical experience working with local property regulations and transactions.
- Proven Sales skills, including negotiation, lead generation, and closing property deals.
- Customer Service skills to manage relationships with landlords, brokers, developers, and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Mumbai commercial real estate market and high-street or F&B; retail location
