Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Vadodara. The Relationship Manager will manage and grow client relationships, understand business funding needs, and recommend appropriate financial products and structures. Responsibilities include coordinating loan applications, collecting and reviewing documentation, supporting CMA preparation, and liaising with banks and financial institutions to ensure smooth end-to-end facilitation.



The role also involves monitoring ongoing client requirements, providing regular updates, addressing queries, and maintaining accurate records and reports. The Relationship Manager will work closely with internal teams to support client onboarding, improve service quality, and contribute to business development initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management skills, including active listening, stakeholder coordination, and service-oriented communication.
- Knowledge of banking and finance concepts such as working capital, term loans, project finance, and debt structuring.
- Ability to handle documentation, CMA data preparation support, and basic financial analysis for funding proposals.
