Senior Performance Marketing Manager with 5–8 years of experience owning paid acquisition, revenue scaling, and multi-channel campaign strategy for D2C and e-commerce brands. Deep expertise in Meta and Google Ads, with a strong commercial lens on sales outcomes, ROAS, CAC optimisation, and full-funnel growth. A proven revenue driver with the ability to build frameworks, lead experiments, and align marketing spend directly to business growth. Experience in Nutra healthcare, skincare, or FMCG is a robust added advantage.
