We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Analyst to join our Business Development team. The Business Analyst will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, identifying qualified business opportunities, supporting outbound prospecting, marketplace bidding, lead research, proposal preparation, and client engagement.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, robust business acumen, and the ability to identify and analyze client requirements across multiple industries. This role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable engaging with international prospects and clients, writing persuasive proposals, managing multiple business opportunities, gathering business requirements, and supporting the overall business development and project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Business Analysis
- Identify and research prospective clients across target industries.
- Gather and analyze client business requirements.
- Execute requirement discovery and business analysis activities.




- Qualify leads based on business requirements and schedule meetings for the Business Development Manager.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects and clients until a clear outcome is achieved.
- Develop personalized outreach messages and requirement documentation that effectively communicate the company's value proposition and proposed solution.

Marketplace & Proposal Management
- Monitor project opportunities.
- Analyze client requirements and identify suitable business opportunities.
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, bid responses, Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and solution documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather technical inputs, project estimates, and solution recommendations.
- Respond promptly to client queries, interview requests, requirement discussions, and proposal discussions.
