Role Description
The Area Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and institutional customers in the assigned territory. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting customers, presenting the product range, negotiating orders, and ensuring timely collections and follow-ups. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, expanding market reach,



and executing local sales initiatives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. The Area Sales Executive will also track competitor activity, gather market feedback, and work closely with the internal team to improve product positioning, promotions, and customer service. Regular reporting on sales performance, route planning, and maintaining accurate customer records are essential parts of the role.

Qualifications
- Proven skills in territory sales, customer relationship management, and business development within FMCG, retail, or related sectors.
- Ability to conduct effective product presentations, negotiate orders, and manage pricing and discounts in line with company policies.
