Role Description
The Group CFO is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing the financial strategy and operations of Oraiyan Groups and its business units. This role includes managing financial planning and budgeting, supervising financial reporting and statutory compliance,



and ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements. The Group CFO will monitor cash flow, capital allocation, and investment decisions, while providing analytical insights to support strategic and operational decisions across the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities involve leading the finance team, implementing internal controls, coordinating audits, managing relationships with banks and financial institutions, and supporting senior leadership with data-driven recommendations. The role also includes developing financial policies, assessing business risks, and contributing to long-term growth plans aligned with the company’s real estate portfolio.
