Role Description
The Sales Associate is a full-time, remote role responsible for identifying prospective clients, nurturing leads, and supporting the full sales cycle for Vaulcor Advisory’s services. Day-to-day tasks include researching target markets, qualifying leads, conducting outreach through calls, emails, and online meetings, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.



The Sales Associate will prepare sales materials, assist in developing proposals, and coordinate with advisory and marketing teams to align client needs with service offerings. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, following up on inquiries, and contributing to sales campaigns and initiatives. Collaboration, clear communication, and a client-focused approach are central to success in this position.

Qualifications
- Robust skills in prospecting, lead generation, and client relationship management, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Competence in consultative selling, needs assessment, and solution presentation, including preparing and delivering clear proposals or introductory materials.
