Role Description

*We're building a current teaching model for tech education in India a structured, mastery-based approach inspired by proven international education systems, not the usual "record a video, upload, done" bootcamp format. The full framework gets shared during the interview.*

*As Teacher/Course Creator, you'll design a tech course (coding, programming, or your area of expertise) around this method. You bring subject knowledge and teaching skill, we bring the platform, the framework, and the audience.*

*This isn't a fixed-salary role. It's a revenue share you get 40% of net revenue your course generates for as long as it sells on NovaEdge Academy. No cap.*





What you'll do
- *Build a course structured in incremental, mastery-gated modules*
- *Create lessons, assessments, and real hands-on projects*
- *Add review checkpoints so learners actually retain what they study*
- *Work with the NovaEdge team to fit content to platform standards*

Qualifications
- *Solid teaching background in coding or a relevant tech subject*
- *Can structure a course properly, not just record lectures*
- *Self-driven you're building something here, not following a script*
- *Bonus if you've studied, worked, or trained under a non-Indian education system*

Compensation
- *40% of net revenue from your course, paid on an ongoing basis. No ceiling.*
