Role Description
The Carpet Designer role is a full-time, on-site position located in Mirzapur. In this role, the individual will develop carpet design concepts, including patterns, colors, and textures aligned with client needs and market trends. Typical responsibilities include sketching and drafting designs, preparing digital or hand-rendered design samples,



and collaborating with production or cleaning teams to ensure designs are practical and compatible with existing materials and processes. The Carpet Designer will meet with internal stakeholders or clients to understand requirements, refine design ideas, and maintain quality and consistency across projects. The role also involves maintaining organized design files, updating design portfolios, and supporting continuous improvement of the company’s product and service offerings.

Qualifications
- Ability to create and develop carpet designs using sketches, patterns, and color combinations suited to client requirements.
