Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Manager role based in the Pune Division. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team, and ensuring delivery of business targets within assigned product lines or functions. Key tasks include planning and executing strategies to grow the portfolio, monitoring performance metrics, driving process improvements,



and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, preparing reports and presentations for leadership, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The Manager will also mentor team members, foster collaboration, and contribute to initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
