Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Production Incharge role based in Chandigarh, India. The Production Incharge will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that production plans are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, coordinating with quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain teams,



managing workforce allocation and shift schedules, and ensuring proper documentation of batch records and standard operating procedures. The role also involves identifying process improvements, supporting root-cause analysis for deviations, and ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols. The Production Incharge will report on production performance and contribute to meeting organizational targets for output, cost, and quality.

Qualifications
