Role Description
The Sales Manager role at Zenera is a full time hybrid position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with a mix of on-site client engagement and some work-from-home flexibility.



Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, and building strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and end customers. The Sales Manager will present product solutions, prepare and negotiate proposals, and close deals that align with company targets and customer needs. The role involves coordinating with design, production, and installation teams to ensure accurate specifications, timely delivery, and high customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, track competitor activities, contribute to pricing strategies, and maintain detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review.
