About the role
ShiftingHub is an early-stage, bootstrapped startup building a verified packers and movers marketplace
across 40+ Indian cities
. We're a lean founding team, which means every intern gets real ownership — not busywork. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Intern to help us grow our brand and drive customer acquisition.
What you'll do
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Support content creation for city-specific campaigns
- Track campaign performance and report on key metrics (CAC, CTR, conversions)
- Assist with email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns
- Coordinate with the design and content team on creative assets
What we're looking for
- Open to freshers and students - no specific degree required
- Genuine interest in digital marketing (self-taught, certifications, personal projects all count)
- Strong written communication
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) to speed up content and campaign work
- Self-starter, comfortable working independently in a remote setup
- Genuinely excited about early-stage startups (this is unpaid - we're upfront about that)
