Role Description
The Client Relationship Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Noida, responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with new and existing clients in the real estate domain. This position involves understanding client requirements, presenting suitable property options,



coordinating site visits, and guiding clients through the entire transaction process from initial inquiry to closing. The role includes maintaining regular communication with clients, addressing concerns, providing market insights, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and satisfaction. The Client Relationship Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and developer partners, maintain accurate client records in CRM tools, and work towards achieving sales and engagement targets while upholding the company’s values and professional standards.
