Role Description
The Immigration Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum. This role involves advising clients on immigration pathways, visa options, and eligibility requirements, and guiding them through the end-to-end application process. The consultant will review documentation, prepare and submit applications, and maintain accurate records of client cases and timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting legal and regulatory research,



monitoring changes in immigration laws, and communicating updates and next steps to clients clearly and professionally. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams and external authorities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting continuous improvement of immigration processes and client service standards.

Qualifications
- Solid understanding of Immigration Issues and Global Immigration, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant regulations.
- Knowledge of Visas and related processes, including documentation, eligibility criteria, and country-specific requirements.
- Background or education in Law or related fields, with familiarity in legal procedures and compliance frameworks.
- Consulting skills, including client advising, needs assessment, and delivering tailored immigration solutions.
