Role Description
The Senior AI and Automation Developer is a full time, remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining AI-driven automation solutions across Pyngyn’s platform. Day-to-day tasks include building and optimizing automation workflows,



integrating AI models and services, and developing robust software components that support project operations, knowledge management, and collaboration features. The role involves working closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, as well as partnering with customer success and implementation teams to address complex client use cases. The Senior AI and Automation Developer will review and improve existing automation features, perform code reviews, ensure high-quality standards, and contribute to technical documentation and best practices.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Process Automation and Automation, with experience designing and deploying workflows that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, preferably with modern languages and frameworks commonly used for backend
