- Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all finishing works including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceilings, glazing, and faade works.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, and contractors for smooth project execution.
- Monitor progress, quality, and finishing schedules to meet project timelines.
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and rectify defects before handover.
- Manage finishing contractors, labour, and material usage efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Maintain daily site reports and coordinate for snag-free project handover.
- Experience: 5–6 years in civil construction with solid experience in finishing works (high-rise project experience preferred).
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
