Role Description
The Admissions Officer is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for guiding prospective learners through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries, explaining program details, and supporting applicants with documentation and eligibility requirements.
The Admissions Officer reviews applications, coordinates with academic and operations teams, and ensures a smooth and transparent admissions experience from first contact to enrollment. Day-to-day activities include conducting counseling sessions (online and in-person), maintaining accurate records in the admissions system, and following up with leads to convert interest into successful enrollments. The role also involves collaborating with international partners, adhering to institutional policies, and providing data-driven insights to improve admissions processes and outreach.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and a learner-centric approach to counseling and support.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication in English; additional regional or international languages are an advantage.
